Speech & Language Therapy

I provide individualized speech-language therapy to help students build the core language skills needed for academic success. This includes strengthening reading comprehension, expanding vocabulary, and improving receptive and expressive language skills. We work together on grammar and sentence structure, as well as core comprehension skills — identifying main ideas, understanding context, and recognizing the problem and resolution within a story. I tailor my language intervention to each student's cultural background and learning style, helping them build the confidence and competence to understand and communicate more effectively in the classroom and beyond.
